Family of Five or Fewer Exemption
An Oklahoma Attorney General opinion clarifies that the exemption
from the Workers’ Compensation Act for employers having five or
less total employees, all of whom are related by blood or marriage
to the employer, applies only to employers who are natural persons
and not to employers who are artificial persons.
