CompSource Oklahoma’s board of managers appointed Jason Clark as the company’s president and chief executive officer at the Tuesday, June 23, 2009, meeting. Clark has been serving in an interim capacity since March with the resignation of CompSource’s previous president, Terry McCullar.

"Our board of managers is pleased to have someone with Jason Clark's experience and expertise to lead CompSource in its mission of providing workers' compensation to Oklahoma businesses," said Andy Bass, CompSource board chair.

Clark has more than 20 years of experience with CompSource and formerly served as director of claims administration.

“I appreciate the vote of confidence by our board of managers. I have grown up with this company and I believe in our business model. I know Oklahoma and I know that CompSource is good for Oklahoma. I look forward to continuing to improve our service to our policyholders, their employees and ensuring we do what is best for the citizens of Oklahoma,” said Clark.

CompSource Oklahoma is a nonprofit, self-supporting workers’ compensation insurance company. The organization was established in 1933 by the Oklahoma legislature to make sure Oklahoma businesses would always have access to workers’ compensation coverage for their employees. CompSource does not receive any state appropriated funds and operates solely from investment income and premiums generated from policyholders.
