Pharmacy First-Fill

CompSource contracts with Healthesystems to provide its pharmacy benefits.  Healthesystems' First Fill form, allows injured workers to receive prescriptions promptly and does not require you to pay out-of-pocket expenses, complete reimbursement forms or keep up with receipts.
