Billing

Premium payment is due by the 14th of the month. Payments must be received on the last business day before the 14th to receive a one percent prompt pay discount. If the 14th falls on a weekend or holiday, payments must be received on or before close of business on the prior business day. 

Options to pay your premium:    

• Cash (only accepted in the Oklahoma City office)
• Check
• Cashier’s check
• Money order
• Electronic funds transfer (Click here to get the Electronic Funds Transfer Form and mail it to the address listed on the second page of the form.)
• Wire transfer

Payment can be mailed to PO Box 269021, Oklahoma City, OK 73126-9021, or delivered in person to CompSource.
