As a service to our policyholders, CompSource Oklahoma
maintains a video library on safety and health-related topics.
Educational and informative, these selections can be an integral
part of your training program or simply used to reinforce safety
and health in a positive way. Videos are available only to
CompSource Oklahoma policyholders.
Scheduling a Video
Please
schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure
availability of your selection. Specify title, date required,
and shipping information. We will be happy to mail the video
to you, or if you prefer, you can pick up your selection at
either the Oklahoma City or McAlester
office. Limit of one (1) video.
Rental Charges
There are no rental charges. However, return postage and certified
mail charges must be paid by the policyholder.
Return of Video by User
CompSource Oklahoma requests the return of the video
three (3) working days following receipt. Videos should
be returned as outlined to allow use by other policyholders.
The video must be returned by
certified mail or
brought to the CompSource Oklahoma office.
Liability
CompSource Oklahoma will not hold users liable for minor
damage resulting from normal use, but users are liable
for replacement cost necessitated by loss, excessive damage, or
for failure to return. Failure to return the video or submit
replacement cost may result in cancellation of your workers’
compensation policy.
Restrictions
Videos from the library may not be transferred from one
organization to another, nor may they be shown where an
admission is charged, nor may they be televised. Copying
of the library’s videos is a violation of copyright
and thus strictly prohibited.
Agreement
Scheduling and/or use of a video from the library constitutes
acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined.
